Evolis YMCK ribbons consist of Yellow (Y), Magenta (M), Cyan (C) and Black (K) panels for printing a combination of full colour images (Y,M,C) and one-color text or barcodes (K). The K panel is a black resin panel. The RT4F010XAA ribbon is designed to work with the Avansia card printers and must be used in conjunction with Transfer Films for Avansia. An Evolis electronic key is delivered with every color ribbon. You will have to install the ribbon first and then install the key inside the printer. The electronic key is equipped with a RFID tag which communicates with an electronic board inside the printer. Without this key, the printer will not print.

Technical featuresThe color ribbon is polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with thin layer of specialized coating. The concentration of colorant is very low and they are insoluble in water. In the printing process they only diffuse at temperature above 50°C.Storage recommendationsIt is recommended to use this product within one year. Avoid dust, direct sunlight, high humidity and high temperatures. Do not place near solvent or other chemicals.
